eZ Credit Card Import supports 7 different file formats: .CSV, .XLS, XLSX, .QIF files, .OFX (Money), .QFX (Quicken) and .QBO (QuickBooks®). From Zachary Systems Inc.’s experience, the .OFX, .QFX and .QBO file formats contain the most descriptive information for transactions and should be used, if possible.

Are you required to have Internet access to use eZ Credit Card Import?
For QuickBooks® Online Edition yes internet access is required, otherwise, no. However, in order for the application to register, set the activation key and to verify subscriptions, you are required to have Internet access at the time.
How do I know if I have the most current version of eZ Credit Card Import?
By selecting the registration menu item under the Help menu you can look at the software version and registration information sent to Zachary Systems during the registration process.
